I am a computational biologist and biomedical data scientist focusing on AI-driven biomarker discovery, multi-omics integration, and translational research. Much of my work centers on extracellular RNA (exRNA) and Alzheimer’s disease, aiming to improve early and accurate diagnosis.
I enjoy building end-to-end solutions: from study design and data processing pipelines to statistical modeling, machine learning, and interpretable results that clinicians can use.
Research Focus
- Blood-based biomarkers for Alzheimer’s disease exRNA · plasma / CSF
- Multi-omics integration of sequencing, imaging, and clinical data
- Single-cell and spatial analysis for understanding disease mechanisms
- Method development for ultra-low-input RNA profiling (e.g. SILVER-seq)
Selected Projects
- SILVER-seq for ultra-low-input exRNA — Developing and validating a scalable platform for profiling extracellular RNA from minimal biofluid input.
- Alzheimer’s diagnostic signatures — Integrating exRNA, proteomics, and clinical phenotypes to reduce misdiagnosis and improve early detection.
- 4D nucleome & cell-type–specific regulation — Combining Hi-C, imaging, and transcriptomics to study how chromatin organization relates to disease-relevant pathways.
Consulting & Collaboration
- Study design and analysis plans for omics and biomarker projects.
- End-to-end bioinformatics pipelines: QC → alignment → quantification → statistical analysis → visualization.
- Machine learning based biomarker discovery and model evaluation (cross-validation, calibration, clinical utility).
- I am open to collaborations and part-time consulting that align with my expertise in exRNA, neurodegeneration, and multi-omics.
